Elevate Guarantee T&Cs

Last updated: October 27, 2026

The Guarantee. If you complete all six Gates by their deadlines, have submitted all Deliverables, have attended all four 1:1 sessions with Christopher, and have not made a Return on Investment by the end of the Program Period, the Company will refund the Program Fees you have paid, subject to the terms of this guarantee.

Definitions. In this guarantee:

  • “Program Period” means the 90 days starting on the date of your Day 0 Roadmap Session.
  • “Program Fees” means the amounts you have actually paid to the Company for Elevate, excluding payment processing fees, currency conversion charges and taxes that the Company cannot recover.
  • “Program Price” means the full price of the payment option you chose at enrollment, as shown on the checkout page.
  • “Return on Investment” means the total contract value of all new client sales, in any of your offers, made by you or your business during the Program Period, that is equal to or greater than the Program Price. Sales count at their full contract value once the agreement is made, whether or not all payments have been received by the end of the Program Period.
  • “Gates” means the six milestones of the Elevation Pathway. Each Gate has a deadline measured from your Day 0 Roadmap Session, as set out in the Elevation Pathway.
  • “Deliverables” means the work required to complete each Gate, as set out in the Elevation Pathway.

Eligibility. To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • complete each Gate by its deadline;
  • attend all four 1:1 sessions with Christopher (Day 0 Roadmap Session and your Milestone Reviews at Day 30, 60 and 90), as recorded by the Company;
  • be up to date on all payments due under the Payment & Enrollment terms throughout the Program Period; and
  • not be in breach of these Terms.

Missing a Gate deadline makes you ineligible for the guarantee, even if the Gate is completed later.

Completing a Gate. A Gate is completed on the date you submit its Deliverables to the Company, unless the Company notifies you in writing within 5 working days that the Deliverables are incomplete. If so, the Gate is completed on the date you resubmit the Deliverables and the Company accepts them.

Company Delays. If a delay caused by the Company affects your ability to meet a Gate deadline or attend a 1:1 session, including a rescheduled session or a late review of your work, the affected deadline will be extended by the length of that delay. A 1:1 session rescheduled by the Company counts as attended if you attend the rescheduled session.

How to Claim. You must submit a refund request in writing to [email protected] within 14 days after the end of the Program Period. Your request must include:

  • a complete list of all new client sales made by you or your business during the Program Period, with the supporting contracts, invoices or order records;
  • a signed declaration that this list is complete and accurate; and
  • statements from your payment processor(s) and bank covering the Program Period.

Requests submitted after this deadline, or without the required evidence, will not be accepted.

Review. The Company will review your request in good faith, using its own records of your Gates and 1:1 attendance, and may ask for additional reasonable evidence. The Company will confirm its decision in writing within 14 days of receiving a complete request.

Refund. If your request is approved, the Company will refund the Program Fees to your original payment method within 30 days of its decision. If you are on a payment plan, all remaining instalments will be cancelled once your refund is approved.

Exclusions. The guarantee does not apply if:

  • you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for Program Fees;
  • your enrollment is terminated for breach of these Terms, including missed payments; or
  • you have previously received a refund under any guarantee offered by the Company.

Effect of Refund. Once a refund is issued, your enrollment ends and your access to the program and all its inclusions ends with it. You may continue to use any pages, emails, funnels and other assets you built using the Company’s templates and materials before the refund date. You may not access or use any templates or materials not already in use in your business on that date.

Business Purchase. You confirm that you are enrolling in Elevate for the purposes of your business and not as a consumer.

Personal and Non-Transferable. The guarantee is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned.

Sole Exception. This guarantee is the only exception to the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Governing Law. This guarantee is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute about this guarantee must first be resolved through good faith mediation before either party pursues legal action. If litigation is necessary, venue is proper in the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.
